StagePoint Productions was founded by professionals who grew up on the road, in the ballroom, and behind the console — and never stopped pushing the standard forward.
Where We Come From.
StagePoint Productions grew out of a simple conviction: hotel events deserve the same level of production craft as any concert hall or broadcast stage. For too long, ballroom AV meant patched-together gear and crews who treated corporate events as second-tier work.
We built StagePoint to change that. Our team brings deep roots in live touring, broadcast, and corporate production — and we bring that same rigor to every hotel property we work in. The client doesn't care how hard the setup was. They just care that it worked perfectly.
Over three decades, we've worked alongside hotel event coordinators, wedding planners, corporate road managers, and keynote speakers. We understand the pressures of a tight changeover, a last-minute program revision, and a C-suite who doesn't tolerate feedback issues. We've seen it all — and we've handled it.
